It may be flimsy compared to actual pull up bars seen in gyms, but if you need something for the home, this is not a bad pick. Problems may arise if there is not a doorway available that will allow this gizmo to hang properly(DIY'ers may not need to worry!). That said, for the price and what its used for, especially in combination with other small, portable equipment, this can round your collection out.
