Iron Maidens: The Celebration of the Most Awesome Female Muscle in the World

"Iron Maidens: The Celebration of the Most Awesome Female Muscle in the World" is a fun book about the misfortunes of the author - and incredible naivety - led this amazing female's bodybuilding spectacular. I was one of the "schmoes" participation in the event, and I can tell you this female body spoke volumes! You do not have any poetry, dance, speechifying, or any of the nonsense of the author was apparently responsible for. Yes, we in the audience hooted at the intermediate amateur games. But we applauded mightily when we saw these incredibly muscular female, they had the courage and devotion to remake their bodies, please call themselves and others do not. The bulk of this book is the author of the description of female's bodybuilding scene. Unfortunately, the author claims that almost all female bodybuilders take steroids or used in any way to supplement, and they also claimed that most were victims of abuse as children. In addition, the sport was paralysed by inconsistent assessment standards and a wave of reactions against the ultra-muscular view of women. The author also has some honors at the end of the book suggests, why Laurie Fierstein's groundbreaking ceremony was so important. Because it proved that there is an audience for female bodybuilders only with itself and not in competition with the arbitrary approval of some timid male judges. This book is quick read and reveals a look at this unique world. I am a star deduction but one of the last chapter, in which the author indulges their writer's muse in Grand Central Station and bores the audience again, just as it did in the celebration Fierstein.
